Shipping Carrier: In the USA, all our goods are transit insured from the sender to the delivery addressee. At our discreation we may ship your order by UPS / Fedex / USPS / DHL / BRINKS'. We will send you the tracking number on your phone number once your order has been shipped. Safe and secure delivery of goods is guaranteed. You will not be responsible for lost, misdelivered, or misplaced items in transit. We have been shipping goods all over the USA for the past 20 years.

Delayed or Lost Orders: If your order has not been delivered to you by the expected delivery date, do call and/or email us and inform us so that we can do everything possible to expedite the process and get it delivered to you at the earliest possible, although orders normally get delivered in 10 ~ 20 business days from the date of Shipping. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier due to weather conditions/flight cancellations.
A parcel is considered lost if it is not delivered for more than 75 business days from the date of shipping for USA orders.
Incomplete Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay a re-delivery cost of US $ 195 re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect or if the shipment is lost in return to sender.
