Refund & Return Policy
At Shree Sai Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds under the following conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
- Contact our support team via email/phone/WhatsApp with your order details.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Ship the product back securely in its original packaging.
(Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong.)
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about your refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible for the same product or another item of equal value, subject to availability.
- If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Items purchased on clearance/sale (unless defective).
