- Products should not be damaged and should be in proper weight as per original invoice with no studded stones/diamonds damaged/slipped.
- 22 Karat Plain Gold Jewelry Refund Policy = ( Gold weight of product ) x ( 22 karat gold price ).
- 22 Karat CZ Signity Gold Jewelry Refund Policy = ( Net gold weight of product ) x ( 22 karat gold price ).
- 18 Karat Gold Jewelry Refund Policy = ( Gold weight of product ) x ( 18 karat gold price ).
- 14 Karat Gold Jewelry Refund Policy = (Gold weight of product) x (14 karat gold price).
- Studded Jewelry / Stone Jewelry for which stones are priced separately will be bought back as per the below pattern = ((Gold weight x ( 22 karat gold price )) + (Sale stone price – 20%)).
- Diamond jewelry will be bought back as per the below pattern = ((Gold weight x ( 18 karat gold price )) + (Sale diamond price – 20%)).
